2012 Manhattan Island Marathon: Part 4


It's hard to imagine being able to sleep well the night before a big swim, but I managed to. I think it had a lot to do with the late morning start. While I regularly struggle with getting to sleep, I never have a problem staying asleep. On the other hand if I don't set at least I would never be able to fall asleep. For this night I used 3. My watch, my iPhone and my iPad. I slept like a baby once I drifted off.
